How to Order

1) We usually sell most of our coffee on SPOT. This means that the coffee is already available in the US and it is ready for purchase and ready to be shipped to you immediately or whenever you prefer. We also encourage buying in future shipments, so feel free to call us call us for details.

2) Orders by new customers are sold on a Payment in advance of shipment basis. We prefer personal checks, company checks and cashiers checks but we also take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

3) All coffee orders and all shipments are based on F.O.B. terms or ex- warehouse, which means that you the coffee buyer is responsible for the freight cost, which will be included in your invoice under Shipping charges. We can offer advice as to what truck lines to use, but aggressive shopping on your part will lead to savings and better service. You can also mention to us if they is a particular trucking company that you usually use or you have an account with. Our biggest goal is to get you the best shipping rate possible.

4) Trucking regulations state that carriers are not responsible for unloading; many will assist, but they are not obligated to. Please be prepared or make arrangements to unload your own freight and remember that all Kenyan green coffee comes in 60-kilo burlap bags that weigh approximately 132 pounds each. Let us know in advance if you will need any special arrangements to be made.
